Data Analyst

Our client is an established insurance company seeking to recruit a Data Analyst who will report to the Client Operations Manager and therefore, join their dynamic team of professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, organize and consolidate data from multiple sources and present analytical output through Excel, dashboards and reports
• Interpret the results and create reports for internal and external use routinely and in a timely manner
• Able to keep up with tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Identify patterns and trends in the data
• Define new data collection and analysis processes
• Participate in relevant projects, systems implementation, and enhancements
• Identify, handle and alert any transactional issues
• Develop custom data models
• Document procedures and audit trails
