Our client, operating within the Insurance industry is seeking to recruit a Claims officer to join their locally growing team. The selected candidate will be assisting the Chief Claims officer and would have the following responsibilities:
- Assisting in the claims monitoring of the Company's portfolio of clients
- Providing assistance in Complaints handling and reporting
- Supporting in the end to end process in relation to audits of the Service Providers
- Assisting in the approval of claims falling outside the Service Providers delegated authority
- Conducting reviews on claims files
- Participating in Regulatory Reporting
