Claims Manager

A key client of ours is seeking to onboard a Claims Manager to join their growing team. This person will mainly be responsible for
directing and managing the Company’s Claims Department and shall be reporting directly to the Company’s Senior Manager.

Duties:

• Overseeing and improving all processes and procedures of the department
• Ensuring claims data integrity at all times
• Ensure timely and proper disposition of claims in accordance with policy coverages
• Ensuring complete and sound claims settlements, legal reviews, and investigations in accordance with the Company’s internal policies and procedures
• Provide any necessary in-house training to employees within the Company’s Claims Department
• Assisting the Company’s Senior Manager with the setting up of budgets
• Preparing management reports for the Executive Team and Board Directors
• Communicating Company goals to the Company’s employees and encouraging a positive culture
• Assisting the Senior Manager and HR function with the recruitment process
• Ensuring employees follow all company policies and procedures
