Claims Handler (Part-Time)

Our client, within insurance, is looking to recruit a Claims Handler. Reporting to the Claims Manager, the chosen candidate would be responsible for:

• Assisting clients in lodging claims

• Answering telephones and emails ensuring that client queries are dealt in a timely manner

• Updating and posting of claim and excess entries 

• Liaising with customers and insurers, ensuring smooth handling of claims processes
