Claims Handler

A Claims Handler position is currently available with a renowned company within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of claims whilst insurance that policies and regulatory requirements are adhered to
• Gathering and processing information which is required in order to assess more complex claims
• Adhere to the Complaint Management process
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Any other duties that may be required for the smooth running of the department

Education & Experience:

• A minimum of 1 year of previous local experience in insurance
• Excellent communication skills in both English & Maltese
