(ATE) Senior Insurance Manager

​One of our key clients specialising in the Insurance industry is currently seeking an (ATE) Senior Insurance Manager to join their team of professionals:

Duties:

• Overall day-to-day management of the Company’s ATE business operations, acting as the first line of defense within the risk management framework
• Overseeing and improving the ATE business function of the Company
• Liaising with the Group COO and CEO in order to develop actionable business strategies and plans
• Assisting the Group COO and Group CFO with the setting up of budgets for presentation to the CEO as well as being responsible for the management of budgets
• Preparing management reports for the Executive Team
• Communicating business goals to the Company’s employees and encouraging a positive culture
• Assisting the Executive Team with the recruitment process and overseeing training for employees
• Ensuring employees follow all company policies and procedures
