Training & Recruitment Operator

CLdN Malta Ltd. is looking to recruit a Training & Recruitment Operator to join their team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Set up interviews with seafarers and relevant stakeholders
• Interviewing of seafarers
• Cadet planning, assist as required by the Training & Recruitment Manager
• Appraisal reviews
• Assess promotion cases of seafarers, in cooperation with the Training & Recruitment Manager
• Make arrangements and plan training for seafarers
• As required, assist the PEC operator with the PEC and/or Simulator Training planning
• Any other tasks assigned to him/her by the Training & Recruitment Manager.

Requirements:

• An Officer of the Watch license (OOW Navigational or OOW Engineering)
• Operational skills
• Be organized and meticulous
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Stress-resistant
• Self-motivated and have the ability to use own initiative
• Although recruitment experience will be considered an asset, training will be given to persons with the right attitude.
