As a Training Officer you will design, deliver and evaluate a range of learning and training interventions that support the achievement of organisational goals and the continued growth of the Company.
Reporting directly to the Training Delivery Manager, the role of Training Officer is to deliver high-quality classroom and virtual training sessions, create bespoke training content and continuously review and update materials to ensure they are in line with business requirements.
Successful applicants will be highly motivated, positive, have excellent written and verbal communication and be passionate about wanting to develop others.
Full training will be supplied on all aspects of the role, providing you with all of the knowledge you require to become a valuable part of the team. Continuous professional development is also supported and encouraged.
The position is offered on a full-time basis and is office-based.
