A motivational and experienced Training & Development Manager - Real Estate Sales with a deep understanding of the real estate industry. This role focuses on preparing new and existing agents for success by delivering sales training, developing practical skills, and continuously supporting team performance. You will combine structured training with real-world coaching to build confident, capable, and results-oriented property consultants.
Training Program Development: Design and implement high-impact onboarding and training programs for new agents, covering sales techniques, systems, client handling, and core real estate processes.
Real Estate Knowledge Transfer: Educate recruits on key industry knowledge including property registration, regulatory frameworks, compliance requirements, and best practices.
Sales, Negotiation & Client Management: Deliver engaging sessions on prospecting, objection handling, client qualification, relationship management, and effective deal-closing strategies.
Social Media & Digital Brand Training: Train agents on leveraging platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn for personal branding, lead generation, and property marketing.
Hands-On Learning: Use real-world examples, live role-play, shadowing, and scenario-based coaching to reinforce learning and build confidence on the job.
Ongoing Development & Support: Monitor performance and skill gaps through observation and feedback; deliver refresher training, one-on-one coaching, and motivational support.
Industry & Market Updates: Keep the team aligned with evolving legal requirements, competitive insights, and trends in the local and international property sector.
Sales Background: A strong track record in sales is essential. Real estate sales experience is highly preferred.
Training Experience: Previous experience in designing and delivering training programs, ideally within high-performance sales teams.
Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of real estate practices, regulations, and client lifecycle management.
Communication & Coaching: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable leading both group workshops and 1-on-1 coaching.
Digital Fluency: Skilled in using and teaching social media tools for marketing and outreach.
Education & Certification: Training or coaching qualifications are a plus. Real estate certification is an asset but not required.
Mindset: Motivational, empathetic, structured, and passionate about helping others succeed.
