Training and Development Officer (Retail)

This job of a Training and Development Officer is with a well-established company in import, distribution and retail. While forming part of a team, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Head of Departments with gap analysis of their teams - focusing on development for their career paths
• Coordinating the training of various mandatory certifications and overseeing all team member are certified
• Job shadowing to gain comprehensive knowledge about the day to day operations of different outlets
• Planning, supporting and devising training programmes in line with company objectives.
• Delivering training in classroom setting or one to ones - inductions, self development, H&S regulation awareness, Fire Training etc
