As a Training Administrator, you will play a vital role in enabling the effective delivery of our internal training programmes by providing essential administrative support to the Training team.
Office-based and reporting directly to the Training Delivery Manager in Malta, you will play a key role in supporting our training initiatives and contributing to the continuous enhancement of our training offerings.
You will be highly motivated and positive, demonstrate strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent organisational skills.
Experience in a training or administrative role is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided on all aspects of the role, equipping you with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed and become a valuable member of the team.
The position is offered on a part-time basis from Monday to Thursday.

Main Responsibilities
• Coordinating and scheduling training courses.
• Managing the Training Mailbox and responding to queries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintaining and updating training records through our Learning Management System.
• Preparing and distributing training materials.
• Liaising with trainers, delegates, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of training programmes.
• Preparing reports to enable continuous improvement on our training offerings.
• Providing administrative support to the training team and assisting with ad-hoc tasks and projects when required.
