Inspire Foundation is one of the leading NGOs in Malta, helping hundreds of individuals with various disabilities to achieve their full potential. We are looking to recruit a Team Leader (LinC programme) to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role: 
The chosen candidate shall be the point of reference for the Tutors, Therapists, Supply Teachers, Instructors, Support Workers, Volunteers and any other professionals falling under the LinC Programme. The Team Leader shall take responsibility for the training and development of the professionals in the programme as well as lead by example. As Team leaders, they shall be expected to conduct interviews for the Programme, coach and mentor new employees, and provide regular feedback. They shall be required to provide training to other members of the multidisciplinary team which refers amongst others, to internal employees, parents/guardians and other stakeholders. This includes but is not limited to role modelling, supervising, mentoring as well as delivering more formal training sessions/workshops

Qualification & Experience Requirements:
  • Recognised qualification (Degree) at MQF Level 6 in Social Science or in Education, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary team, managing a team and supervising junior employees;

*Prior to being recruited and throughout the duration of employment, the selected candidates need to satisfy the requirements of the Protection of Minors Act (POMA) together with those of immunisation.
