We are looking for an organised and highly diligent Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team at Konnekt, where you will be reporting to the Recruitment Team Coordinator and your duties will include:

• Coordinating & Attending meetings with third-parties 
• Screening of CVs/candidate profiles & conducting initial screening interviews
• Liaising internally on current needs and gaps within the market
• Researching potential companies or technical institutions/universities for collaboration
• Posting of roles on job boards, social media pages, and other sources as may be required
• Reaching out to candidates directly via LinkedIn or other means
• Keeping organised and updated on the statuses of the various ongoing processes
• Other ad hoc administrative duties that may arise

• A Bachelor's Degree level of education will be considered an asset
• Previous experience in Recruitment, Sales or Business Development will be considered an asset
