Senior Technical Acquisition Specialist

Our client operates in the Gaming Industry.  They would like to engage a Senior Technical Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be researching and implementing recruitment and employer branding strategies,

The Role

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
• Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff
• Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
• Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
• Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
• Assess candidates’ information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references
• Maintain and promote company policies and procedures pertaining to the recruitment process established
• Research and participate in the most relevant career fairs, local job fairs and professional events to support the Company Brand and growth plan
• Implement brand confidence and retention practices amongst newly recruited talent
• Continually identify new opportunities for key process improvement initiatives that help improve the recruiting strategy 
• Foster and maintain professional relationships with existing employees
• Forecast recruitment needs and budgets.
