Our client is one of the leading companies in Malta and forms part of an International Group. They would like to engage a Senior ManagerHuman Resources who will be part of the Senior Management Team
The Role
You will manage the Human Resources function and ensure that the agreed strategy is implemented accordingly
All the Human Resources tasks fall under your responsibility; including end to end recruitment, payroll. policies and procedures. union relationships and performance
Your team will support all the Business Heads with all their HR needs
Manage the headcount planning in line with the Company's short, medium and long-term strategic plans and objectives
You will manage the overall Talent Management processes including the Performance Review Process, Development Plans and Organisation Inventory as necessary
Implementing the best employee retention policies
Coordinate with the Group to ensure that Malta is alligned in strategy and operation
Formulate and deliver the necessary training the company requires in line with Group and local needs
You will mange the function's budget whilst ensuring that the HR budget within other departments is in line with their agreed budget
You will form part of the local Senior Management Team but will also give input on assigned Group committees
Skill-sets and Requirements
You will have a minimum 3 years experience in a similar role and at a senior level
You will have proven leadership skills
Experience with dealing with unions will be considered as a strong asset
You will have great communication skills
Education & Experience
A degree in Human Resources would be a strong asset
