Our client specializing in the manufacturing industry is looking for a talent acquisition. Your roles and responsibilities:
Supporting the company’s recruitment and selection processes and following up on new recruits in your area of responsibility including onboarding and probation processes.
Preparing job adverts, opening vacancies and keeping organized and updated on the statuses of the various ongoing processes
Liaising with HODs on candidate feedback and status
Holding responsibility for the overall interviewing process
Monitoring and updating manpower costs within approved budgets
Headhunting candidates directly via LinkedIn or other means of social media
Supporting Freshers week and any other recruitment fair preparation
Automating and visualizing reports in your area of responsibility
Assisting in other Ad-hoc duties as necessary
Skill-sets and Requirements
Candidate needs to be able to work in fast paced environment.

A creative individual with a solutions-driven approach
A conscientious and highly organised individual
Education & Experience
Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Psychology will be considered as an asset
