Recruitment Specialist

Our client who specializes in the FMCG industry is looking for a Recruitment Specialist. Your roles and responsibilities will include the following: 

• Leading the recruitment and selection process for retail outlets including advertising, shortlisting, and assessment interviews.
• identifying new potential candidates through different channels and conducting regular competitor watch to monitor the retail market.
• Using web-based technology and social media to analyze hiring trends, post job vacancies, and follow up with candidates during the hiring process.
•  Leading the Company activities on special recruitment initiatives and events.
• Assisting in employer branding processes and initiatives.
• Assisting in the identification of high potential employees for development.
• Discussing and establishing job specifications and conditions of employment with managers.
• Coordinating with recruitment and outsourcing agencies locally and abroad.
• Preparing employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
• Coordinating with Training & Development Manager regarding induction program.
• Formulating and updating job descriptions.
• Participating and contributing to other HR related activities as required.

• Previous experience in recruitment is a must
• Ability to work within a team and to coordinate team activities
• Clear Verbal skills in English and Maltese

• MQL Level 6 qualification in HR, Psychology or Business Administration
