Recruitment Specialist

Our client, a leading company in the Manufacturing Industry, is currently looking for a Recruitment Specialist. The responsibilities include:

• Being the main point of contact and subject matter expert to internal clients with regards to recruiting best practices including sourcing strategy, evaluation techniques and decision making
• Conduction Shortlisting of candidates & participating in or leading interviews at all levels
• Assessing candidate fit by engaging both technical and behavioral interviewing techniques to identify exceptional ability.
• Compiling and negotiating job offers and contracts
• Managing the onboarding process (Identity Malta, VISA, accommodation, etc.) 
• Leading the talent pool for future vacancies  
• Preparing and delivering presentations/reports

• Knowledge of Maltese employment law is a must
• Knowledge of HR processes, including Work Permit and VISA processes

• Bachelor’s Degree in a subject related to the role (ex. HR, management, etc.)
• 2 years+ working experience in a similar role
• Experience in working in a manufacturing and unionized working environment
