Our client, a leading company in the Manufacturing Industry, is currently looking for a Recruitment Specialist. The responsibilities include:
Being the main point of contact and subject matter expert to internal clients with regards to recruiting best practices including sourcing strategy, evaluation techniques and decision making
Conduction Shortlisting of candidates & participating in or leading interviews at all levels
Assessing candidate fit by engaging both technical and behavioral interviewing techniques to identify exceptional ability.
Compiling and negotiating job offers and contracts
Managing the onboarding process (Identity Malta, VISA, accommodation, etc.)
Leading the talent pool for future vacancies
Preparing and delivering presentations/reports
Skill-sets and Requirements
Knowledge of Maltese employment law is a must
Knowledge of HR processes, including Work Permit and VISA processes
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in a subject related to the role (ex. HR, management, etc.)
2 years+ working experience in a similar role
Experience in working in a manufacturing and unionized working environment
