The Role

As a Recruitment Partner, you will be a strategic advisor and trusted partner to business leaders across multiple functions. You will play a key role in attracting top-tier talent, enhancing our employer brand, and ensuring that recruitment strategies are closely aligned with Betsson’s business goals. Your ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, understand business needs, and deliver exceptional end-to-end recruitment solutions will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and translate them into proactive hiring strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles, ensuring a high-quality experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing data-driven insights and market intelligence to guide hiring decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as a true partner in talent acquisition.
  • Deliver a high-touch, high-value service by aligning recruitment outcomes with broader business objectives.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing Betsson Group in the market and ensuring a consistent, compelling candidate experience. 
 What are we looking for
  • Proven experience as a recruitment partner or talent acquisition specialist in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels of the business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, consultative approach with a focus on delivering long-term value.
  • Experience with recruitment technologies (ATS Greenhouse, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) and a passion for data-driven recruitment.
  • Highly organized, focused and disciplined.
  • Knowledge of the iGaming or tech industry is a plus but not required.
