In this position of Recruitment Manager you will design and implement talent acquisitions strategies and your responsibilities will include the following:
Evaluate and improve current recruitment strategy and process
Review and evaluate Job profiles and Job Adverts
Review and implement the Talent Acquisition strategy
Recruit and interview for roles at all levels
Have good knowledge of job boards and their impact by conducting regular reviews and constantly evaluating the success of our attraction methods
Work with recruitment KPIs and provide data to the organisation
Conduct interviews in constant collaboration with respective Managers when necessary
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Conduct onboarding and talent management initiatives
