Job Responsibilities and Duties
Assist the recruitment team by reviewing and screening candidate CVs;
Maintain and update candidate records across various recruitment platforms and internal systems;
Support the creation and upkeep of job advertisements across multiple job boards;
Work closely with recruiters to match candidates to job vacancies based on skills, experience, and client needs;
Attend team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance processes, candidate experience, and team efficiency;
Respond promptly and professionally to candidate inquiries through social media channels, including Meta platforms;
Answer incoming office calls and direct them to the appropriate team member.
Experience
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field;
Previous internship experience or academic projects related to recruitment, HR, or candidate management is considered an asset;
Strong command of English, both spoken and written;
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
Personal Skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail when managing candidate data and tasks;
A proactive approach with the ability to take initiative and suggest improvements;
Effective communication skills and a positive attitude;
Capable of working independently while also contributing as a collaborative team member.
