As the Recruitment Executive you will be reporting to the HR Manager while forming part of a small team, focusing on attracting top talent to support with company growth. Main duties are as follows:
- Attract candidates - prepare and post jobs on appropriate job boards
- Implement recruitment initiatives
- Screen candidates applications / resumes
- Conduct interviews to assess the knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes of the candidate
- Fill in posts adequately and efficiently
- Perform the onboarding induction for newly appointed employees
- Promote the company’s reputation
- Provide reports to the HR Manager as needed
