Recruitment Consultant

KonnektTalexio is currently looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our growing Konnekt Recruitment Team.

Forming part of a collaborative and solutions-oriented team, as a Recruitment Consultant, your role will be centred around managing and developing key client accounts, ensuring that both candidates and clients receive exceptional and prompt service. You will have the autonomy to manage your own portfolio of clients, develop strong relationships, and deliver recruitment solutions that go beyond filling vacancies, but become a trusted advisor and partner to your clients.

Within this position, you will be required to:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering tailored recruitment solutions to support client growth.
• Nurture a strong network of candidates, matching them with the best-fit opportunities and providing career advice.
• Identify and champion actions to increase and generate opportunities for candidates across industries.
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies that offer long-term, sustainable solutions for clients.
• Drive business growth through networking, identifying new opportunities for candidates, while nurturing client relationships.
• Continuously contributing to improving recruitment processes for enhanced client satisfaction.
• Keep a close pulse on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring challenges within the sector.
• Other ad hoc duties that may arise.

Requirements

• A value-driven, meticulous individual able to confidently drive projects independently
• An adaptable team player with strong interpersonal skills
• A curious, customer-oriented individual with a solutions-driven mindset
• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English, while Maltese fluency will be considered an asset

Education and Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of previous experience in a similar role, business development or client portfolio management position
• A Degree level of education in a related field will be considered an asset
