Recruiter (M/F/D)

Job Description
AUCTUS Capital Partners is currently looking for a Recruiter (m/f/d) to join their team on a full/part-time basis.

Job Role:
You‘re passionate about recruiting and direct search? You‘re familiar with search tools like LinkedIn, Xing and alike? You‘ve gained experience in employer branding and marketing?

Responsibilities:

• Active sourcing for various roles in the AUCTUS team and our portfolio of companies
• Collaboration with executive search firms
• Building a network of candidates for jobs in the services sector and production jobs
• HR support for our team in Germany and Italy

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of working experience in recruiting and direct search, preferably in the area of blue-collar work
• A high level of self-discipline, ownership and flexibility
• A structured and efficient way of working
• Very good knowledge of using search engines
• Being fluent in German; good knowledge of English; ideally decent in Italian
