Recruiter

Our client, an international company within the healthcare sector, are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join their team and help them identify and attract top talent. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruitment, particularly in the areas of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Source and screen potential candidates through various methods such as job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct interviews with potential candidates and assess their qualifications
- Negotiate salaries and other employment terms
- Maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Take over the onboarding of personnel
- Stay up-to-date on company processes and make sure they are in line with legal requirements

Requirements:

- At least 1 year experience in a similar role, ideally having experience working in a multicultural environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of Maltese and French is preferred
- Ability to prioritise the workload
- Effective problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a team and individually under own initiative
- Takes ownership of assignments
- Negotiation Skills
- Highly organised
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Can do attitude

Qualifications:
- Certificate in HR or equivalent
- Industry knowledge of job markets and trends would be preferred
- Basic Knowledge of Maltese employment legislation.
