One of our clients, an established accounting and audit firm with a strong international presence, is looking to recruit a People & Culture Manager to join their team. Your roles and responsibilities include:
Designing compensation and reward programs
Assisting and providing counsel on procedure and policy formulation
Implementing employee welling along with team building activities
Implementing and designing retention and recruitment strategies
Assessing and identifying development needs
Skill-sets and Requirements
5 or more years of broad Human Resources Generalist experience including strategic HR plans and policy required
Ability to deliver presentations and facilitate meetings/training sessions
Knowledge of employment law and its appropriate application
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to work well with a team as well as independently
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Management or other relevant field required
