Our client is looking to recruit for a People Business Partner vacancy in Malta. Your key responsibilities will include:
Handling day-to-day HR related requirements and maintaining an upkeep of the company’s HR data system
Monitoring and reporting on workforce and succession planning
Identifying training needs and providing necessary programmes to ensure employees are up to date
Developing and updating HR policies and procedures, and implementing solutions to achieve excellent internal communication
Building and maintaining strong relationships with and between departments, and finding ways to boost productivity and retention
Updating information and inputting data in preparation for payroll calculation, including leave and allowances
Managing a candidate database and assisting in recruitment processes, including advertising company vacancies, conducting interviews and drafting employment contracts
Planning and delivering HR and well-being events, as well as talent achievements, rewards and performance appraisals
Monitoring employee satisfaction through surveys and conduct monthly reports
