Delivering strategic people solutions aimed at supporting the organisation in all people-related issues
Following and developing on the team’s performance and competencies
Designing, managing and leading various strategies; primarily the development strategy, feedback culture, reward and recognition, wellness strategy and review these experiences
Supporting the implementation of company policies that promote a healthy work environment
Generating ideas on innovative CSR initiatives for possible implementation
