​A key client of ours specialising in the Finance and Corporate sector is urgently seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their growing team of professionals:

Duties:

  • Manage a team of payroll administrators
  • Preparing and executing payroll for clients
  • Handling client’s requests and queries
  • Assisting clients with the onboarding and offboarding of their employees
  • Ensuring client records and information are kept updated and in line with employment regulations. Maintain client confidence in line with Data protection and regulation
  • Actively contribute to the payroll business development strategy
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years experience working in a senior payroll role
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English
  • Ability to deliver outputs within strict deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of Maltese Employment Law
  • Experience in working with HR systems such as Shireburn, Indigo, Salaroo or similar
  • Ability to manage a team, assisting team members where necessary
Education & Experience
  • HR related qualifications will be considered a strong asset
