One of our clients within the corporate service sector is looking to recruit a keen and enthusiastic individual to join their growing team as a Payroll Officer
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Perform the distribution of wages through the issuance of cheques or direct transfers to employees’ bank accounts
Assist clients with the onboarding and offboarding process of their employees including submission of employee information to Jobs Plus
Ensure that client employee records are kept up to date and in line with employment and data protection regulations
Ensure to keep proper filing of documentation
General administrative work and other duties emanating from the role
