Centrecom Limited in Malta is looking to recruit a Payroll Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
Assist in payroll calculation, throughout the whole process, on a monthly basis
Assist employees with any payroll-related queries
Liaise with the Commissioner for Revenue in relation to monthly and annual submissions within stipulated deadlines
Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll reports and any NSO reports, as required
Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and work closely with the auditors to ensure the completion of a timely audit
Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Previous experience in working in a financial/payroll department
Background in Accounts will be considered an asset
O-Level in Accounts or equivalent
Fluency in written/spoken English is mandatory.
