Centrecom Limited in Malta is looking to recruit a Payroll Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis.

Duties:

  • Assist in payroll calculation, throughout the whole process, on a monthly basis
  • Assist employees with any payroll-related queries
  • Liaise with the Commissioner for Revenue in relation to monthly and annual submissions within stipulated deadlines
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll reports and any NSO reports, as required
  • Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and work closely with the auditors to ensure the completion of a timely audit
  • Other duties as assigned by management.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in working in a financial/payroll department
  • Background in Accounts will be considered an asset
  • O-Level in Accounts or equivalent
  • Fluency in written/spoken English is mandatory.
