Our client, a leading company in the Manufacturing Industry, is currently looking for a Learning and Development Executive. The responsibilities include:
Partnering with the business to understand the mandatory learning requirements, working with the business to agree the prioritisation and how the learning will be implemented with resource/budget available
Managing and executing all aspects of training, including communication and administrative tasks
Overseeing the required mandatory training programmes ensuring they remain aligned to appropriate standards
Monitoring and evaluating training programs to continuously improve their effectiveness
Managing the relationship with external training professionals brought in to develop and deliver training solutions
Promoting and advocate learning opportunities, across group audiences
Skill-sets and Requirements
Fluent in written and spoken English
Strong understanding of adult instructional design, training methodologies, learning theory and principles
Be people-oriented and possess excellent interpersonal skills
Demonstrate the ability to deliver effective training sessions
Education & Experience
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or other related areas a must
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role
Experience in competence frameworks and assessments
Experience in EU funding for training considered an asset
Experience in working in a manufacturing and/or unionized working environment is a must
Experience in using HR/training software and Office 365 applications
