Junior HR Recruiter

We are looking for a Junior HR Recrutier to join a well established international company in Malta. Reporting to the Senior Recruitment Executive, you will be responsible to assist in the day to day HR duties and support the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the senior recruiters with the recruitment process
• Organizing resumes and job applications.
• Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.
• Ensuring background and reference checks are completed where needed.
• Administering new employment assessments.
• Preparing new employee files.
• Collecting employment and tax information.
• Ensuring a professional approach is taken with all possible candidates throughout the whole recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Previous Admin experience is a must
• Ideally having experience in a customer facing role, especially over the phone 
• Good Maltese and English language proficiency is a must 
• Able to work in a very fast paced environment
