Human Resources Executive

Our client is one of the leading companies in Malta. They would like to engage a Human Resources Executive to join their team.

The Role

• Assist the HR Manager in the day to day HR Operation
• Be actively involved with the whole Recruitment cycle
• Assist with the formulation and upkeep of policies and procedures
• Assist with training within the company
• Handle queries arising from various departments of the company
• Deputise for the HR Manager if and where necessary

• Have at least 1 year experience within a similar position
• Be assertive yet approachable
• Be diligent and meticulous

• Preferably have a qualification in Human Resources or studying towards it
