Our client, who serves customers with a complete range of industrial, medical, and refrigerant gases, complimented with equipment supplies and services, is recruiting for an HR Executive to support with HR Tasks from a Generalist perspective.
Coordinating recruitment and selection initiatives, including talent management.
Overseeing the whole training cycle and development function.
Managing core HR functions including time and attendance, payroll and absence management.
Handling aspects related to industrial and employee relations, conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
Managing initiatives related to employee well-being as well as corporate social responsibilities.
Actively providing support to senior and line management on HR-related issues.
Responsible for the HR administration and other ongoing projects as required.
Skill-sets and Requirements
Knowledge or familiarity with local employment law is seen as an asset
Previous experience with employee/industrial relations is also seen as a plus
Excellent organisational and prioritasation skills
Outgoing, adaptable and able to integrate within a growing team
Excellent communication skills in both English and Maltese
Education & Experience
3-5 years of experience within an HR Generalist role here in Malta
