Our client is an esteemed client in Malta. They would like to engage an HR Coordinator

The Role

  • Providing assistance and support in a broad range of Human Resource Management and Human Resource Development functions
  • Assists in the preparation and compilation of reports as required by management
  • Liaises with external organisations on various human resources issues
  • Responsible for the Human Resource Database ( static data) by means of updating information
  • as and when required
  • Participates in the implementation of the HR information management system by providing
  • assistance in the form of data gathering and reporting;
  • Assists in data processing / analysis to provide management information required for decision
  • making
  • Responsible to process Card applications for employees
  • Responsible to issue temporary access cards;
  • Assists in the organisation of Assessment Centres as required from time to time
  • Assists in work related to Time and Attendance
  • Assists in the preparation of employment contracts as directed by immediate superior
  • Responsible to enroll new employees in the human resource database and time and attendance system including the finger reader
  • Assists in the organisation of soft skills training and personnel development programmes
  • Responsible to ensure that training bonds are issued as per Company procedure
  • General office and administrative support duties – these include but are not limited to
  • Processes documentation received/ and issued by the Department
  • Prepares departmental presentations in accordance with instructions issued by immediate superior
  • Organises meetings and appointments
  • Prepares routine letters and other correspondence as directed
  • Other general clerical duties as required from time to time
  • Ensures to remain updated on areas related to employment law
  • Ensures to maintain a constant interaction with other departments, sections and employees

 

Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Ideally previous work experience in a similar role
  • Have strong IT skills
  • Be a strong team player
  • Preferably be literate in both Maltese and English
Education & Experience
  • Ideally have a qualification in Human Resources or in the process of obtaining such qualification
