Human Resources Business Partner (south of Malta)

Our company is an established group of companies. As they are growing they would like to engage a Human Resources Manager.

The Role

• You will be responsible for one of the HR Functions within the Group
• You will be responsible for 360 degree recruitment
• You will also be involved in the termination process
• As the HR Manager, you will manage a small team of HR personnel
• Be in charge of the induction process for all new recruits
• You will identify training needs for employees and provide accordingly
• Handle any disciplinary procedures
• Review processes and create new ones if necessary
• Apply for EU Funding where necessary
• Oversee Payroll
• Tackle other Human Resources matters where necessary

• Have at least 3 years experience within a similar role
• Be a good team leader
• Preferably have touched upon all aspects of Human Resources

• Preferably have a qualification in HR
