Our client who specialises in the hospitality industry is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner. While reporting to the COO, your roles and responsibilities will include:
Support COO through organizational changes, such as restructures. Develop change management plans and provide guidance and support to employees throughout the change process.
Collaborate with the COO to identify HR‐related opportunities and challenges and develop HR strategies that support business goals
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on various HR‐related issues, such as performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement.
Work with COO to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies that attract and retain top talent. Conduct interviews, provide input on hiring decisions and manage the application of visas
Identify training and development needs, develop and deliver training programs, and support employee career development
Analyze market data and internal data to develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations, whilst developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance
Manage and contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required. Develop project plans, lead project teams, and ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
Manage day‐to‐day HR operations, including employee data management, payroll administration, and employee file management. Ensure HR processes are efficient and effective.
Skill-sets and Requirements
Maltese communication skills are a must
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Education & Experience
Qualification in Human Resources or a related field
