We have a Human Resources Business Partner Role within one of the leading manufacturing companies in Malta. Your responsibilities will include the following:
Leading the HR Function of a specific business unit
Administer talent programmes intended to build a team of A-players
Implementing training and development plans
Planning performance review sessions
Developing programmes to strengthen the culture and improve the employee experience
Updating employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
Maintaining organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
Forecasting hiring needs and ensures the recruitment process runs smoothly
Developing and implement HR policies throughout the organization
Monitoring budgets by department
Processing employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner, be a bridge to support people
Staying up-to-date and comply with changes in labour legislation
Skill-sets and Requirements
Excellent Communication skills in English
Knowledge of HRIS Systems such as BambooHR
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
Good problem-solving abilities
Team management skills
Education & Experience
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field
Previous HR Experience within a similar role with local manufacturing experience
