Job Description
Labranda Riviera Hotel & Spa in Malta is looking to recruit a Human Resources Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. 

Job Role: 
The selected individual will report directly to the Human Resources Country Manager and will support the entire HR function such as, including but not limited to the execution of clerical and administrative procedures pertaining to human resource planning, recruitment, and providing the necessary ad-hoc support to team members.

The selected candidate must:

• Ideally possess one year experience in a Human Resources set-up or similar;
• Have a strong passion for HR as a chosen career path;
• Preferably be conversant in Maltese employment law;
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision;
• Be self-motivated, dynamic, and able to work under pressure to help resolve issues efficiently whilst meeting deadlines;
• Be accurate, discrete, well-organized, and flexible;
• Be proficient in MS Office applications; 
• Be very fluent in written and spoken Maltese and English.
