Human Resources Administrator

Hilton Malta is currently looking to recruit a Human Resources Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
The role of the Human Resources Administrator is to manage all administration work surrounding the various HR processes including employer branding and student relationships, recruitment and selection, onboarding of new team members, training and development, sick leave management, probation reviews, work permit applications, performance management and termination procedures amongst many other processes.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for meeting team members and offering ongoing support and assistance as necessary.

We are looking for a candidate who has a keen interest in HR and would like to pursue a career in this field, preferably with experience within an administration function and knowledge of computer applications. An HR qualification will be looked upon favourably.

The selected candidate would be able to work in a high-pressure environment where accuracy is necessary. We are looking for an outgoing, friendly, well-organised and detail-oriented individual who is able to multitask and work within tight deadlines and within a team environment.

Due to the nature of the position, fluency in both Maltese and English is a preference for this position.
