Within this job of a Talent Management and Organisational Development Executive you will report directly to the Head of Human Resources while working closely on related projects vis a vis Organisational Development, Performance Management and Talent Development.
Responsibilities include:
- Help provide policies and methodologies to facilitate design of the organisation structures
- Provide structures and methodologies to carry out job role assessments, talent gap studies and ensure a streamlined approach across the organisation
- Administer and further develop a succession management and career progression system
- Follow up on the existing career pathway framework and processes
- Introduce improvements to identify, develop and retain talent relevant to the current and future company goals
- Contribute to the central alignment and calibration for performance review process and KPI scoring
- Plan, develop and execute a centralised Company Training Plan
- Assist to develop, design and deliver development and skill based training programs.
- Manage and update any apprenticeship and internship programs
- Build and nurture working relationships with training suppliers both locally and internationally
- Other ad hoc projects related to the Human Resources department
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or other related field is a must
- 5 years experience within a similar position is a must
- Direct experience is a similar position within the FMCG manufacturing section seen as an additional bonus
- Native level of Maltese is a must added with a professional level of English
- Proficient in IT - Microsoft Applications
- Clean police conduct
