A vacancy has arisen at Playmobil Malta for an HR Senior Administrator specializing in Human Resources (HR) related processes to join their team on a full-time basis.
Amongst others, the main tasks include that the selected candidate:
Ensures a business-driven approach when working on routine matters within the HR Department;
Plans, schedules, and where relevant execute meetings and training/ communication sessions with individuals or groups of employees in relation to the HR Cycle based on the pillars of Employment, Training, Attendance, and Employee Engagement;
Contributes to, and where relevant develops, updates as well as delivers, specific training programs related to HR processes and procedures;
Where needed administers training certification loops related to HR policies and procedures;
Where relevant, develops and maintains processes that help the Company in gathering information related to HR processes and procedures as well as their product;
Oversees and where needed physically contributes so that relevant Company systems are kept updated in relation to specific HR related matters;
Where relevant be the main point of contact on routine matters with applicable stakeholders both within the Company as well as outside it;
Verifies applicable financial charges by specific suppliers related to HR processes and passes these on for their superior’s endorsement for payment.
Where needed guides and leads clerks within the Department;
Works to ensure that relevant stakeholders are kept up to date with correct information relating to any applicable purchasing milestone or key data figure.
Interested candidates ought to be practical yet have an eye for detail as well as good communication skills in English and Maltese and analytical skills together with an MQF level 3 in Mathematics and English. Furthermore, the chosen candidate should ideally:
Have an MQF level 4 of education in a relevant subject;
Demonstrates an appreciation towards employment legislation, its application, and its link to Industrial Relations;
Have good knowledge of Company software and MS Office applications especially Excel and Word;
Have relevant previous experience in a Human Resources Department ideally in a unionized setting. Those with experience in an environment that shares similarities with Playmobil’s will be preferred.
