Mindbeat Limited in Malta is looking for an HR representative to join their unpaid internship on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- You will support our HR Team in the area of Coach Acquisition/Coach Relations/Coach onboarding/Content labelling/Reporting to the Head of Coaching & Programme Coordinator;
- You will support the day-to-day operations of the company;
- You will form part of projects for the optimization of processes and reporting;
- You will contribute significantly to the experience of coaches during the recruitment process;
- You will support the Client Success, Tech, and Sales Team with general queries or projects.
