Our client who specializes in the Pharmaceutical industry is looking for an HR and Payroll Administrator. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the onboarding process of new employees by registering employees on the HR systems, collecting documentation, and keeping all necessary records up-to-date
Managing electronic timekeeping systems or manually collecting and reviewing timesheets
Updating internal HR databases for the company
Liaising with local entities such as JobsPlus, Identity Malta, DIER
Performing any other additional duties that may arise from time to time
Skill-sets and Requirements
Must be highly organised and has the ability to prioritise
Be capable of understanding written procedures and oral instructions
Knowledge of the Shireburn-Indigo payroll system will be considered an asset
Education & Experience
Should have a minimum of two years of experience working in a payroll or HR setting
