Mediaffiliate Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit an HR Officer / Payroll Manager (French Speaking) to join their team on a full-time basis.  We are looking for our future HR Officer / Payroll Manager (French Speaking), whose main mission will be to pilot the various recruitment actions and ensure the administrative management of the staff of Mediaffiliate Ltd. 

Job Description and Missions: 
Reporting to the COO, your duties will include:
  • Manage recruitment actions from A to Z (definition phase of the need in connection with the operational staff, sourcing phase, qualification phase via tel/Skype/Linkedin and physical interviews, contract proposal phase, post-hiring follow-up).
  • Accompanying future employees (internship, fixed-term or permanent contract) during the hiring process.
  • Carry out post-arrival integration actions (follow-up of interns, employee integration assessment).
  • Manage the recruitment activity on the Maltese perimeter (carry out ad hoc communication with the operational staff, keep the quantitative data up to date with regard to the objectives initially set, manage via the KPIs).
  • Manage school relations (forums, online-event, recruitment evenings, virtual rooms).
  • Manage internship agreements, leaves and absences to be made up.
  • Signing employment contracts, and if necessary, contract amendments, confidentiality agreements, and service contracts.
  • Take care of trial periods, end of contract, termination.
  • Manage employee payrolls and service provider payments.
  • Collect invoices (service providers, suppliers, etc.) and expense reports to be sent to the accountant.
  • Be a force of proposal for the implementation of new structuring actions.

Profile Required:
  • You have an excellent command of recruiting.
  • You have experience in personnel administration.
  • You are rigorous, organized, and reactive.
  • You know how to deal with issues in complete confidentiality.
  • You have good interpersonal skills and a team spirit.
  • You are autonomous and versatile.
  • You are native or fluent in french.
  • You have a good command of the English language ( you are comfortable communicating with English-speaking interlocutors by email and verbally).
