The role of HR Officer is within a well-established company within the healthcare industry. Your responsibilities include the following:
- Assisting in the formulation of internal policies and in the collecting, analysis and compilation of statistical reports
- Maintaining records related to employee training and other records as required
- Assisting on tasks related to employee performance, appraisals, promotions, increments and payroll among other areas
- Processing requests regarding leave, sick leave and other family-friendly measures
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Carrying out other ad hoc duties as may be required.
