• Effective staff recruitment processes: preparing and posting job advertisements, pre-screening candidates, scheduling appointments, arranging interviews
• Conduct phone and video interviews, manage the onboarding process
• Conduct employee orientation, development, and training for employees
• Guide, direct, and motivate event staff, provide guidance and direction, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance
• Update staff profile inside special software.
   

Experience, Skills & Knowledge:

• Excellent English is a must (you will be interviewing native English speakers)
• Previous experience working as a hiring manager
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing 
• Experience working remotely
• Positive attitude, “yes” type of person, willing to learn, and patient
• Quality access to the Internet

• Computer savvy
• Strong project management skills

Work hours:
40 working hours per week, 9 am - 5:30 pm EST. Please note, you will be working in the Eastern Time zone;

Salary:
$800 per month + up to $500 commission a month. Payments are distributed weekly through PayPal.
