We are looking for an experienced HR & Payroll Manager to join our well-established team within the manufacturing catering industry. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in HR management, including leading a team, developing policies, and maintaining company structure. Additionally, the candidate must have knowledge in payroll with strong knowledge of Shireburn and Excel.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all HR and payroll functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

• Lead HR strategy, including employee engagement, performance management, and workforce planning.

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.

• Ensure smooth payroll processing and address any payroll-related issues (if needed).

• Support HR policies, contracts, and internal processes to create a structured work environment.

• Act as a key point of contact for employee relations and workplace culture initiatives.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the manufacturing or catering industry. 

• Proven experience in team leadership and HR policy implementation. 

• Strong knowledge of Shireburn payroll system and Excel. 

• Experience handling payroll for 100+ employees. 

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. 

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
